в математике - арабскими, а в Торе буквами алфавита. То же самое с датами. У нас их две: международная и еврейская. Например 22 февраля -йюд (10 буква) адара. И год тоже, вместо 5781 пишут ТАШАХ. В том числе утром на доске. 2 даты.
